My goodness how dated does this look? It's 1st May 1976.
Patricia is the daughter of my dad's sister Barbara and her husband Harold and she trained to be a nursery nurse. She moved to Canada for a really good job offer and met Marc there. The two small boys at the front are actully her charges! Their parents ran/owned a shipping line and shipped all Patricia's belongings over free.
I don't know everyone in the picture but those I do include my mum on the very left. I'm in the red dress and my father is behind Marc's left shoulder. Marc's parents are to the left of him and Patricia's to the right of her. Auntie Joan is on the right, her husband Uncle Peter, Harold's brother, is in the bow-tie behind Harold. Uncle Ron, my dad's brother is behind him to the left. The bridesmaid to the right is Joan, Barbara and Harold's youngest daughter; their eldest daughter is Kathleen and she is next to Auntie Joan. To the right of Joan is Auntie Annetta, Uncle Ron's wife, and their daughter Sarah. My ex-husband is behind Auntie Annetta to the right, behind her to the left is Peter, Auntie Joan's son. Slap bang in the middle at the back is Geoff, Kathleen's husband.
